Three pillars support our mission at Emergency Reporting: Community, Data, and APIs (Application Program Interfaces – computers talking to computers). The most important pillar is our community – each firefighter or EMT that uses our system every day. We build our software based on YOU and the countless bytes of fire department data you manage. This is a big deal to us, and it’s why we have 200+ years of fire service experience within our staff.
