Jay Gunsauls - Director of Training

Jay has served as Fire Chief at Redding, CA and Bellingham, WA and has taught at the National Fire Academy. Jay has forty years of experience in the fire service with progressively increased responsibilities in all aspects of emergency services, including working knowledge of laws, ordinances, regulations and principles of modern public administration.

Tom Louis - Captain

Tom has served the Green Valley Fire District in Arizona since 1992. He is an NREMT-P and functions as a Child Passenger Safety Technician and Hazardous Materials Technician for his department. He is interested in the computer and automotive industries and wants to help make technology a positive experience for the end-user in the fire service. Tom also loves spending time with his wife of 16 years and their two daughters.

Pam Stigall - EMT/Firefighter

Pam has served as an EMT/Paramedic since 1985 and a firefighter since 1991. She is a member of the Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department in Anderson, Indiana. She has been an enthusiastic user and supporter of Emergency Reporting since FDIC in 2004. Outside of working full time as an EMS Mobile Lab Simulation Technician for Ivy Tech Community College, Pam enjoys spending time with her four children and two grandchildren.
