Incident and Patient Data Exports

Based on your jurisdiction’s requirements and the services you authorize, our Support staff will configure your account to simplify your data exporting chores, and even automate them as much as possible.

By default, your data exports will immediately meet the requirements of any organization that requires compliance with the federal NFIRS 5.1 and/or NEMSIS 2.2.1 Gold specifications. Such organizations typically include NFIRS data collection offices at the State, Federal and County level; a handful of Medical Billing companies; and a few State EMS data collection agencies.

We also offer several established variations of Medical Billing and state EMS exports that do not strictly adhere to the national standards. Other types of NFIRS- or NEMSIS-based exports for your agency may be implemented after a thorough investigation determines that the:

• Trading partner requirements are feasible
• Proposed infrastructure is secure and technically sound
• Creation of such exports will benefit numerous agencies
• Creation of such exports will not adversely affect any agencies
• Financial cost is acceptable to all concerned parties

For any of these exports, Emergency Reporting Support staff will work directly with your trading partners wherever possible to manage behind-the-scenes operations, leaving you free to run your agency.

If the data recipient has any questions about your records, we will act on your behalf as their first point-of-contact to resolve any issues. Whenever possible, we will also correct the data and re-export it for you.
