EMS Billing Link

The Emergency Reporting EMS Billing Link service provides our first response customers with a fast and easy way to electronically transfer patient care information from their incident reporting account to their billing software.

Here’s how it works:

1. the Emergency Reporting NEMSIS Gold certified system captures the required EMS data from the incident module;
2. the customer reviews and authorizes the EMS export to the billing software;
3. the EMS billing data is encrypted and sent electronically by Emergency Reporting to the agency’s EMS billing software for processing.    

If your agency does not have an EMS billing company, Emergency Reporting can send the data to one of our billing partners. 

One of the advantages of working with our EMS billing partners is they will pay your agency’s Emergency Reporting monthly subscription cost if you use their services.   Some of the key benefits of this offer are that your agency:
