The Fire & EMS Package is entirely web-based, meaning there is no software to download or install. It is extremely easy to use and a very powerful tool for agencies to record and report data and manage their day-to-day operations. 

The Fire & EMS Package is compliant with both the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS 5.0) and the National Emergency Medical Services Information System (NEMSIS) Gold Certification EMS Standards.

An unlimited number of users may access the system from any computer that is connected to the Internet. Each employee is provided with a unique user name and password to enter the software. This feature allows fire departments with multiple stations to use the same system without having to sync software or purchase multiple versions of the same software.

The Fire Package offers tremendous value to any fire department because it provides different levels of authorization to numerous modules. This allows you to easily manage and designate each employee's level of access. The administrator may add, delete, or modify employee accounts as needed.

The Reports module contains pre-defined reports to extract and analyze departmental data. Generated Reports display tabular results and, when possible, graphs such as bar or pie chart. If the reports available do not meet a department's data analysis needs, users can request a report to be deployed to the live system. Although some exceptions apply to requested reports, most will be built and deployed free of charge for the requesting agency.
