Position Summary

The Training Coordinator provides support and logistics coordination for the Training Department.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Coordinates food, transportation and other logistics for training events on behalf of the training department.
  2. Answers customer questions about training opportunities and works with the training team to schedule onsite and virtual training events.
  3. Makes sales calls and works in conjunction with the marketing and support teams to sell seats to regional training conferences.
  4. Coordinates monthly Virtual Thursday training webinars by assisting with topic selection, PowerPoint proof reading and webinar event scheduling.
  5. Attends monthly training meetings.
Other Job Functions
  1. Attends all hands meetings, company trainings, or other company events.
  2. Performs other duties as assigned by the Training Manager or Director of Customer Experience.
